Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Taler. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
The service
Taler generates blog content that passes safety and SEO gates and saves it as a draft. Taler never auto-publishes — posts are sent to your connected site as drafts for your review, and you decide what goes live. Generation depends on third-party AI providers; availability and output can vary, and the gates reduce but do not eliminate the need for your own review.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Taler to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the terms of the AI providers or the sites you publish to.
- Don't attempt to bypass the safety gates, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the service.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for its compliance with laws and platform rules in your jurisdiction.
Billing
You can bring your own AI provider key and pay a per-blog fee from your wallet, or subscribe to a managed plan billed monthly through Stripe. Wallet balances and plan allowances are metered as described at checkout. Fees are charged for generations you initiate; see your wallet ledger and subscription for details.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you generate and the brand material you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and store that content to operate the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
